연구분야
전 세계 의학교육의 패러다임을 반영하는 역량기반 의학교육을 목표로 실제 의치대 교육현장에서 구현할 수 있는 학습자 중심 교수학습과 평가의 효과성을 탐구하는 경험적 실험연구를 수행한다. 특히, 팬더믹 이후 더욱 활발하게 도입되고 있는 하이브리드 교수법 및 가상현실 교육프로그램 개발도 진행하고 있다. 아울러, 의료인과 환자 관계에서 이루어지는 의사결정과정과 교육적 개입 효과에 주목하여 도덕적 의사결정 및 의료커뮤니케이션 연구를 수행 중이다.
